Terms and Conditions:

  1. Upon membership application, members will be issued with a membership card (the "Card") and shall be entitled to certain privileges and discounts.
  2. The Card is property of Wildlife Reserves Singapore ("WRS"), which owns and manages the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and Jurong Bird Park (collectively the "Parks").
  3. The Card is non-transferable and must be surrendered upon request (should any of the conditions or privileges be abused) or termination of membership.
  4. Membership privileges are only extended to persons whose names and photographs are shown on the Card.
  5. The Card must be presented to be entitled to the privileges and discounts described herein
  6. Photograph reflective of all registered members are required for membership application and must be submitted within 14 days of application.
  7. Family membership is limited to 2 adults and up to 3 children (3 to 12 years old).
  8. Official identification for registered members may be requested by WRS for verification.
  9. Membership fees shall be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
  10. Replacement fee for the loss of the Card is S$21.40 (incl GST) per card.
  11. Discounts are not applicable for any rides or photography.
  12. All membership discounts are suspended during the first 10 days of the Chinese Lunar New Year.
  13. Concessionary discounts apply to Senior Citizens (Singaporeans/Permanent Residents who are 60 years old and above) and existing students in local schools (17 years old and below) where no further promotional discounts or preferential rates are extended.
  14. The membership or discounts privileges, terms and conditions may be supplemented, amended or terminated without prior notice at the sole discretion of WRS
  15. Information collected through this membership application may be used for the Parks’ or its partners’ promotional purposes. Members may receive via e-mail or SMS, promotional news, service updates or other information about the Parks or its partners. Members may at any time unsubscribe to these mailings.
  16. WRS reserves the right to reject any application or renewal and to suspend or terminate a membership without liability or refund if any of the conditions of the membership are not complied with or abuse of the privileges.

+Photographs are required for membership application (including ALL co-members for family application) Photos must be submitted within 14 days of application .

++The management reserves the right to deny entry should there be no valid work permit available for verification.
