  • What are the available memberships and benefits of being a member?

  • How many members can there be for the family tiered memberships?

    Family memberships are for 2 adults and up to 3 children (3 to 12 years old).

  • Can my 13 year old child be included in the family membership?

    As per international age guidelines, 13 year olds are considered to be adults. Your 13 year old can be included in your family membership as one of the two adults, but not as a child. Alternatively, he/she is eligible to a concessionary discount of 50% off individual memberships with a valid student ID.

  • Are there preferential rates enjoyed by Senior Citizens for memberships?

    Yes, Senior Citizens who are Singaporeans/ Permanent Residents and 60 years and above will get to enjoy a concessionary rate when applying for an individual membership. Application for this membership is only valid for on-site applications at the Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari or Singapore Zoo.

  • Why are Zoo/Night Safari tram rides and Jurong Bird Park Panorail rides only offered to members for free on weekdays only?

    We would like to offer free tram and panorail rides to our members during weekends, however due to the overwhelming demand, this is not possible. As our grounds cannot accommodate additional vehicular traffic, increasing the number of trams on weekends would not be possible. Nominal fees we charge for the panorail and tram ride is used to maintain the tram/panorail service.

  • Why do we need a family photo on the membership card?

    The Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo or Night Safari rely heavily on admissions and membership takings. Photo verification is used to minimize misuse of our membership cards. This allows us to keep our membership prices affordable for as many people in our community as possible.

  • Why do you only issue one card per membership?

    Each membership is entitled to only one card. As part of our membership terms and conditions, the card can only be used once a day and is also serialized to prevent abuse.

  • Why must a physical membership card be produced for entry?

    The presentation of membership card will prevent abuse & protect our members’ privileges. Due to past instances where membership benefits have been abused with the temporary pass, membership privileges will only be extended upon presentation of a valid membership card.

  • May I purchase a membership for more than one year?

    Currently our membership plans are valid only for one year but you are able to renew it once it expires.

  • Are there any discounts / rebates for renewal?

    There are no discounts or rebates for membership renewals, standard prices apply. Your membership fee goes to supporting conservation projects as well as the upkeep of the park.

  • I am an existing Friends of the Zoo member, do I enjoy discounts at the Jurong Bird Park and Night Safari?

    No, Friends of the Zoo members are entitled to benefits only at the Singapore Zoo. In order to enjoy free admission and discounts at Jurong Bird Park and Night Safari, Friends of the Zoo members can upgrade their memberships to Wildlife Unlimited Plus. This will entitle the member to free admission along with discounts at participating retail and F&B outlets in the 3 parks.

All membership benefits are limited to the designated park of admission as per chart below.

  • As a member, are my guests entitled to any discounts off admission/ tram/panorail rides?

    No, membership benefits are limited to the members who are registered on the card only. Accompanying guests are required to pay for admission in full.

  • How will I be informed of upcoming activities, events and promotions at the park?

    If you include your email address whilst applying for your membership, we will subsequently send you regular email updates on Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo or Night Safari activities, events and promotions.

  • How do I renew my membership?

    Memberships can be renewed here or on-site at Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari or Singapore Zoo. Please note that your membership will commence immediately upon application, whether onsite or online.

  • Do I need to re-submit my photograph during renewal?

    We will encourage the re-submission of updated photographs during renewal if there are changes to the members on the card, or if your child’s appearance has matured significantly since then.

    To change your photograph, kindly upload your new photograph whilst renewing your membership online. The photograph must reflect all family members whose names are included in your membership. Alternatively you can also proceed to the Visitor Services booth at Jurong Bird Park/ Singapore Zoo/ Night Safari’s entrance together with all members of your family to be included in the membership, our Guest Relations Officer will be glad to assist with the photo taking.

  • I have lost my membership card, how do I go about getting the card replaced?

    Kindly contact the Singapore Zoo membership department at Tel: 6360 8546 or membership.zoo@wrs.com.sg or Jurong Bird Park membership department at Tel: 6661 7804 or membership.jbp@wrs.com.sg to report the loss of your membership card. A replacement fee of $21.40 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed.

  • Can I still visit the Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo or Night Safari if I have misplaced my membership Card?

    Admission to our parks are strictly based on the presentation of a valid membership card, without which we will most unfortunately not be able to accord entry. Replacement of lost cards can be done on-site at our Visitor Services Booth located at the Jurong Bird Park and Singapore Zoo. Do note that a replacement fee of $21.40 (incl. GST) will apply.

  • Can I purchase memberships as a gift for my friend?

    Yes. You may wish to purchase Friends of the Zoo, Feather Friends, Wildlife Unlimited and Wildlife Unlimited Plus memberships for your friend in the form of Gift Vouchers. A Gift Voucher Form can be downloaded here or you may contact the membership department at 6360 8546 / 568 or email membership.zoo@wrs.com.sg for more information.

  • How do I get my membership card after applying online?

    Please print out your confirmation email and present it at the Visitor Service Booth at the Singapore Zoo/ Jurong Bird Park for your card collection. The photo uploaded during your application must be reflective of all registered members. Once all details are in order, we will print out the membership card for you immediately.

    Do note that the membership will commence immediately upon the successful application.
